Franco Rinaldin is co-Founder of Fromm Search Group which has been placing financial accounting & management professionals for 15+ years.

We're a small company & we don’t use recruiters – aren't they expensive?

Some of our long-term clients had the same feelings before they started to use our service. They too are smaller privately run or owner-managed businesses with $1-$2 million in sales. Since your office is in Burlington – do you hire just in this local area? We have offices in Toronto & in the United States.

Our location is in Burlington because the PRISM employees are all from this area & they each have community ties to Burlington. We are a large public company & our vendors need to be part of our approved vendor list. Do you hire for large corporations as well?

Yes we hire for large corporations as well by using the same dedicated, hands-on approach as with our smaller privately owned clients. We believe that our service level & service delivery must be consistent for each & every client. We are recognized as a preferred & approved vendor for large corporate clients – including both publicly listed & privately owned companies.
